Overview
This highly practical and engaging course is designed to equip participants with many of the key skills needed to perform effectively as a manager and prepare for future leadership responsibilities.
The programme is structured around a series of focused modules, each exploring a different aspect of high performance at the next level. Participants will consider how their role, impact and responsibilities change as they progress, and will practise handling the types of interactions and challenges they are likely to encounter.
The course includes tailored practice sessions, individual coaching and personalised feedback on each participant’s approach, impact and development priorities.
